Included
The fee covers checks for the selected monitored product, up to three dates, and the configured party size; confirmed-match email delivery; and alert controls in the shared dashboard.
Not included
No admission, reservation, basket hold, transport, package, visitor-category advice, or successful checkout is included. the official Patronato portal controls live ticket prices, visitor categories, times, payment, amendments, refunds, and the final confirmation. Recheck the complete order there before paying.
No-alert refund
If every monitored date passes without any availability alert, request the no-alert refund through support within 30 days. An alert for any selected acceptable product counts as delivery.
The official product behind €9 once for a focused alert
For this €9 once for a focused alert page, the product boundary is specific: Alhambra General includes the Alcazaba, Nasrid Palaces, Generalife, and Partal. The Patronato assigns a specific Nasrid Palaces entry time; after purchase, the date and time cannot be changed, and every visitor must keep the named ticket and required original identification. Granada Slot monitors Alhambra General capacity by date and party size. It does not choose a Nasrid time—you must select and verify the available time in the official portal before payment.
Where the alert service fits
Applied to €9 once for a focused alert, the service works as follows: The setup accepts the monitored product, up to three dates, and party size. It does not preselect a time or visitor category. €9 pays for monitoring, not admission. A clean capacity match can trigger email, but it neither holds inventory nor guarantees checkout.
