Does the monitoring price include the official Machu Picchu ticket?
No. The price (from $9) is for MachuPing monitoring and email alerts only.
What do I get for one setup?
One setup can monitor up to three exact dates, all supported Machu Picchu routes you would accept, and your selected party size.
What happens after I pay?
After payment, MachuPing activates the configured monitor and sends alerts to your account email.
What if payment is captured but my monitor is not created?
Contact MachuPing with the email used at checkout. We will either activate the monitor or refund the charge.
What if no tickets ever open for my dates?
You get your money back. If your dates pass and we never sent you a single availability alert, contact us through the contact form and we refund the full fee.
