Changing a name, date, or time on an Alhambra ticket
By Granada Slot editorial team · Reviewed 2026-08-27
The date and time cannot be changed after purchase and sales are generally final. The official FAQ allows a limited number of visitor-identity changes until the day before the visit, based on booking size. Read the current table and use the Patronato’s official route.
The date and Nasrid time become fixed
The Patronato says the date and time cannot be modified after confirmation. The Nasrid Palaces appointment is capacity controlled; missing it means losing access to that space. Test transport, luggage, and a calm arrival margin before payment because a later availability alert cannot repair an unusable time.
Read the final summary aloud: product, date, Nasrid time, visitors, and identity details. Stop if any element differs from the plan.
Identity changes are deliberately limited
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. The FAQ publishes a narrow exception for changing visitor identification until the day before the visit, with the permitted number tied to booking size. That table is not permission for open resale or replacement of the whole party.
Use the official management or contact route for the order and retain evidence of the accepted change. Bring the original identity document matching the final record.
Cancellation and refunds are exceptional
The purchase is final. The official page limits cancellation to causes attributable to the Patronato and the legal cases it cites. Do not promise a refund for a changed trip, wrong time, or personal preference without an official response.
Granada Slot only monitors new availability. It cannot change data, cancel a ticket, or decide a refund. For an existing order, the Patronato and its current terms are the authority.
Keep the alert and ticket transactions separate
Pay the official provider only for admission and use its confirmation as the final record of the booking. A monitoring charge pays only for repeated availability checks and an email signal. It does not create a reservation, change an existing order, validate visitor eligibility, or guarantee that checkout will succeed. Keeping the two transactions separate makes support, refunds, and responsibility much easier to understand.
