Granada Slot charges €9 once for monitoring, not admission. It never sells, holds, reserves, or buys tickets; every purchase and ticket change remains with the official Patronato portal.

Does an alert guarantee a booking?

No. It reduces repetitive checking and reaction time, but official availability can disappear before checkout completes.

What happens if no alert arrives?

If every monitored date passes without any availability alert, request the no-alert refund through support within 30 days. An alert for any selected acceptable product counts as delivery.
